Doyle Davison is one of Surf City Realty’s premier 5 star realtors born and raised right here in sunny So Cal Surf City Huntington Beach. Doyle has made a name for himself as a “Tough Go To Negotiator” compiling hundreds of real estate transactions, including but not limited to residential and commercial sales and leases, rentals, trusts, probates, short sales and even HUD foreclosures.
 Doyle attended Edison High and transferred to Orange Coast College, after receiving his associate’s degree, he transferred to California State University of Long Beach completing his BA degree for the corporate world.


During his education he was introduced to a First Team broker who noticed Doyle had skills unlike any of his colleagues and offered him a weekend job. Doyle excelled as an FHA/HUD lender for American City Mortgage.


 “I was able to raise capital for my first property by taking out an equity line of credit and buying and selling used cars. This also enabled me to buy vacant land in Arizona and building new spec. homes for investors, snow birds and new home buyers.”
 Doyle was so successful that in the late 80’s flipping properties Doyle went back to real estate and insurance school and received his Real Estate and Insurance Broker’s license and went off on his own and never turned back.


 Throughout his career, Doyle has worked for the bank as an investment REIA hard money advisor, insurance producer, speaker and BPO underwriter. Doyle has maintained the highest level of compliance and integrity to his colleagues and loyal clients.

Today our business has grown as 22% more people are utilizing brokers than when I started in the industry and more agents have dropped out because of the volatility.  The market used to move in a very slow and methodical way that used to be easy to predict.  Today Doyle compiles over a dozen factors in determining present and future values with astonishing results. In today’s market, buyers and sellers must be ready in an instant or miss out on great opportunities.  Thirty-five percent of my buyers are all cash and can close a complete contract within 5 days which was impossible 20 years ago.
